About the Book:

In the quiet, historic town of Andover, Massachusetts, magic isn’t a myth—it’s a legacy.

Elara Nightingale has just returned home to claim her place in one of the most powerful witch bloodlines in existence. At twenty-five, she is destined to inherit a magic unlike any before her, during the town’s most sacred tradition: the All Hallows Eve celebration her family has led for generations.

But something is wrong.

Her power is awakening . . . and it isn’t like the others.

While the Nightingales are known for their brilliance in light and healing magic, Elara is haunted by something darker—something ancient. Shadows whisper to her. Move for her. Call to her. Even her mother, one of the most formidable witches alive, cannot explain it.

As Elara searches for answers, she meets a man who should be nothing more than a passing moment.

Aslan Blackwood is a grumpy mechanic with a haunted past and a talent for staying unnoticed. But beneath the surface lies a dangerous secret—one that ties him to a bloodline that has every reason to hate hers. A century-old betrayal. A family torn apart. And a truth buried in blood.

Their connection is instant. Magnetic. Forbidden.

Because what Elara doesn’t know could destroy everything—

Her family’s power was never a gift.

It was stolen.

As All Hallows Eve approaches, long-buried secrets begin to surface, and the truth behind the Nightingale legacy threatens to unravel the very foundation of their world. With time running out, Elara must choose between the life she’s always known . . . and the darkness calling her name.

And when the truth is finally revealed—

She may be the most powerful witch in existence.

Or the most dangerous one.
